Privacy & disclosures

Privacy

The portal uses invitation-based accounts with passwords and authenticator codes to authorize access. Account information includes your name, email address, password hash, encrypted authenticator enrollment, investment records, and correspondence. Clients can access their own records; authorized administrators manage accounts and reporting.

Portal account data is stored on the server. Investment information is not stored in browser local storage. Downloads create a copy on your device. Administrative record changes are logged. Do not include identity documents, bank credentials, or payment instructions in portal messages.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your established MS Partners Group relationship team. A firm privacy contact, applicable retention periods, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures are still required before client onboarding.

Terms of use

This website and portal provide general information and investment reporting. Access is limited to authorized accounts. Do not share your sign-in credentials or attempt to access another client’s records. Reports reflect information entered by the management team and the valuation dates shown.

The portal does not execute trades, accept deposits, or transfer money. Confirm any financial instructions through your established relationship team and independently verified contact channels. Reporting errors should be raised with your team.

Investment disclosures

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Investment values may rise or fall. Private investments may be illiquid and valuations may not represent realizable proceeds. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Content is not an offer, solicitation, personal recommendation, or investment advice. Fund eligibility, offering documents, fees, and applicable regulatory disclosures must be supplied and reviewed separately. This preview makes no claim about the firm’s licensing or regulatory status.

Demo accounts, fund names, transactions, messages, and financial figures are fictional examples. “Change in value” compares current valuation with contributed capital and excludes distributions and fees. It is not an annualized, time-weighted, or money-weighted return. Valuation charts show recorded account values and may reflect contributions, withdrawals, and market changes.
